Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 7 days on all hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with. We do not offer refunds. Once your order is placed we can not issue any refunds.
Exchanges
Exchanges are easy. Our exchange process is quick and easy. Ship back your current order, let us know what you'd like in exchange and we'll get you set up with a new order.
All hair must be in its natural state meaning no dye, no chemicals, unravel or no cutting of the weft (unused). You are allowed exchange hair but you are responsible for all shopping fees unless we are at fault. You are allowed to exchange within 7 days from your original purchase for a new bundle but no refunds can be issued.
EXCHANGES ARE EXCLUDED DURING SALES.
